Experience: 7–15 years overall

Team Leadership: 2+ years as Team Leader(On Papers)

CTC: Up to ₹ 8 LPA(Based on last ctc,experience and interview performance)

Location: Mangalore

Quality auditing & risk identification

Ability to handle and motivate underperformers

Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's in Commerce, Business Administration or Business Management.

Interview focus: Candidates should have experience in handling client escalations, quality/compliance situations and underperforming team members with practical examples.
