Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AutoCAD Design Engineer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in AutoCAD, mechanical design, engineering drawings, dimensions, tolerances and documentation. Experience in designing automotive, agricultural, construction or machinery parts will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Design and develop automotive, agricultural, construction and machinery parts using AutoCAD.
Prepare, modify and maintain detailed 2D engineering drawings.
Review drawings for dimensions, tolerances, specifications and accuracy.
Create and maintain design checklists, drawing records and technical documentation.
Coordinate with production and other departments regarding design requirements.




Make necessary drawing modifications based on production requirements.
Ensure accuracy, consistency and quality of engineering drawings.
Support other design, drafting and documentation-related activities.

Required Skills
Solid knowledge of AutoCAD 2D.
Valuable understanding of mechanical engineering drawings.
Knowledge of dimensions, tolerances and basic manufacturing processes.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
Good attention to detail and documentation skills.
Experience with automotive/machinery component designing will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile
2–4 years of relevant experience in mechanical design/drafting.
Diploma or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
Candidates with manufacturing industry experience are preferred.
Candidates should be comfortable working with production and design teams.
