We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Junior Embryologist to join our IVF laboratory team. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to build their career in reproductive medicine and work in a high-precision, patient-centric setting. You will assist in day-to-day lab procedures while ensuring adherence to quality and safety protocols.
Responsibilities
Assist in routine embryology laboratory procedures including: Semen analysis and preparation Oocyte handling and sperm processing Preparation of culture dishes and media
Support senior embryologists during IVF, ICSI, and embryo transfer procedures
Maintain strict laboratory protocols, hygiene, and sterile techniques
Monitor and record lab data accurately using lab management systems
Ensure proper documentation and traceability of samples
Follow regulatory and ethical guidelines in all lab operations
Requirements
Master's degree in Clinical Embryology
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a controlled lab setting
Positive communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to travel across as an when required
