We are looking for a young, energetic and hands-on Finance & Accounts qualified to manage day-to-day
finance operations across all our offices and business verticals.
This is a role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, is highly organised, comfortable working across time zones
and is willing to roll up their sleeves and get things done. The person will work closely with internal teams,
management, clients, vendors and external stakeholders to ensure that financial processes, payments, collections,
reporting and documentation are handled efficiently and on time.
The role will also involve supporting the wider team with client servicing and operational tasks during periods of
lower finance activity, making this an ideal chance for someone who wants exposure to multiple aspects of a rapid-growing sports and entertainment business.
Finance & Accounts Operations
Manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities across all offices and business verticals.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
Process vendor,
client and operational payments in a timely manner.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure invoices, bills and supporting documents are received and processed correctly.
Maintain records of accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Assist with bank reconciliations, ledger maintenance and routine accounting activities.
Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, tax consultants and other finance partners where required.
Receivables & Collections
Track incoming payments and outstanding receivables.
Follow up proactively with clients and partners for pending payments.
Maintain accurate collections and outstanding payment trackers.
Escalate delayed or overdue payments to the relevant internal stakeholders.
Ensure incoming funds are correctly identified, recorded and reconciled.
Reporting & MIS
Prepare regular finance and management reports.
Maintain trackers for payment
