Responsibilities :
Prepare and post recurring and ad-hoc journal entries, ensuring proper supporting documents and accurate accounting.
Handle monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations for inventory, prepaid expenses, accruals, advertising funds, and other accounts.
Investigate and explicit reconciliation differences and aged open items within the required timelines.
Support month-end closing activities and ensure all accounting entries are completed accurately and on time.
Monitor key financial and operational metrics such as sales, food cost, labour cost, EBITDA, and store profitability.
Handle Fixed Asset accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, disposals, and support for lease accounting activities.
Perform cash, receivables, and deposit reconciliations and maintain relevant Balance Sheet schedules.
Support accounting activities for current store openings, remodels, relocations, and closures, including pre-opening and closure-related expenses.
