Sales Manager – Solar Industry

We are seeking an experienced and agile Sales Manager with a solid background in the Solar Industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing recent business opportunities, managing key customer relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maximize performance and productivity.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the solar sector, including Solar Pumps, Solar Rooftop Systems, Solar Street Lights, and EPC Projects.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, government departments, consultants, and end customers.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify growth opportunities.
Conduct regular sales reviews, team meetings, and performance evaluations.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and business development plans.




Coordinate with technical, operations, and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer relationships.
Travel extensively to develop business and support regional sales activities.

Required Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 7–10 years of sales experience in the Solar Industry.
Proven experience in leading and managing a sales team.
Strong knowledge of Solar Pumps, Solar Rooftop Projects, Solar Street Lights, and Renewable Energy Solutions.
Demonstrated track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
Ability to develop business strategies and execute them effectively.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
