Plan, execute and monitor aluminium doors & windows, curtain wall, glazing and faade projects from start to completion.
Manage project timelines, manpower, materials and site activities.
Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, vendors and internal teams.
Review drawings, BOQs, specifications and project requirements.
Coordinate with design, estimation, production, procurement and installation teams.
Monitor fabrication, dispatch and site installation activities.
Ensure projects are completed within defined timelines, quality standards and budgets.
Resolve technical and site-related issues and ensure timely decision-making.
Monitor project progress and submit regular reports to management.
Ensure proper documentation, measurements, billing and project handover.
Maintain solid control over project costs and minimize material/site wastage.
Ensure compliance with safety and company procedures at project sites.
