Job Summary
We are looking for a Business Development Executive who will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, developing client relationships and contributing to the company’s sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and generate current B2B business opportunities.
* Generate leads through calls, LinkedIn, references, field visits and other channels.
* Contact potential clients and understand their business requirements.
* Build and maintain solid relationships with clients, distributors, wholesalers and business partners.
* Conduct product/service presentations and follow up with prospective clients.
* Convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
* Maintain daily lead, follow-up and sales reports in Excel/CRM.
* Coordinate with Sales, Procurement and Operations teams for smooth execution.
* Achieve assigned monthly sales and business development targets.
* Research market trends, competitors and potential customer segments.
* Participate in meetings, client visits and business development activities.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Marketing, Management or a related field.
* Freshers can apply.
* 0–8years of experience in Sales/Business Development preferred.
* Good communication and negotiation skills.
* Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
* Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
* Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
* Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
