The Steward is responsible for providing efficient and courteous service to guests, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant and service areas, and supporting the F&B; team in smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests in a polite and skilled manner.
Set up tables, chairs, cutlery, crockery, glassware, and other service items.
Serve food and beverages as instructed by the Captain or Supervisor.
Transparent and clean tables promptly after guest use.
Maintain cleanliness of restaurant, buffet, service stations, and back-of-house areas.
Ensure cutlery, crockery, glassware, and service equipment are clean and properly arranged.
Support buffet setup and replenishment whenever required.
Follow food safety, hygiene, and hotel cleanliness standards.
Assist senior team members during busy periods, events, banquets, and special functions.
Handle guest requests professionally and escalate complaints to the concerned supervisor.




Maintain proper grooming and personal hygiene at all times.
Follow company policies, SOPs, and safety procedures.
Coordinate with Kitchen and F&B; Service teams for smooth operations.
Report damaged equipment, shortages, spills, or maintenance issues to the supervisor.
Perform any other duties assigned by the F&B; management.
