Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Recruitment Manager - US IT Staffing to lead and scale our US recruitment operations. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in US IT Recruitment, VMS/MSP hiring, stakeholder management, recruiter team leadership, and recruitment delivery excellence. This role requires managing a team of recruiters, driving hiring performance, and ensuring successful fulfillment of client requirements across contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time positions.

Location: Pune / Kolkata (Onsite)

Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM US EST Hours

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Management
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of US IT recruiters.
Establish recruitment KPIs, performance benchmarks, and productivity metrics.
Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance reviews.
Drive team engagement, motivation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Recruitment Strategy & Delivery




Develop and execute recruitment strategies to support client hiring requirements.
Partner with Account Managers and Sales Teams to understand workforce needs.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified IT specialists.
Ensure timely delivery of positions while maintaining quality standards.

Candidate Sourcing & Talent Acquisition
Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, Monster, JobDiva, social media, referrals, and networking.
Screen, assess, and qualify candidates based on client requirements.
Coordinate and manage interview scheduling and candidate communication.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Client & Stakeholder Management
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and recruiting teams.
Maintain solid relationships with hiring managers, MSPs, and VMS clients.
Resolve client escalations proactively and maintain high service levels.
