We are looking for a Store Cum Warehouse Executive whose roles and responsibilities will be : Daily Store & Sales Duties Greet walk-in customers and help them buy products. Reply to online and phone leads from the support team rapid. Keep the store clean and make product displays look nice.
Warehouse & Stock Management Watch stock levels to stop running out of items or holding too many. Track all items coming in and going out for quick order delivery. Run weekly checks to match real stock with computer records.
Stop loss, theft, and damage to items in the warehouse. Handle returned items in a transparent and neat way. Quality & Dispatch Rules Check every item for flaws before it leaves the warehouse. Fix items that need repair before sending them out.
Make sure every order follows quality rules for happy customers. Make reports on stock counts, sales speed, and errors for managers.
