Job Title: US Medical Recruiter (Payor Recruiting)

Location: Kalyani Nagar, Pune (Onsite)

Shift: 6:30 pm to 3:30 am, Monday to Friday

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Medical Recruiter with a solid background in Payor, Health Insurance, and Healthcare recruiting.
The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, qualifying, and presenting healthcare professionals for clinical and non-clinical positions within health plans, insurance companies, managed-care organizations, and healthcare organizations.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of healthcare terminology, solid candidate engagement skills, and experience working with W2 staffing, ATS/CRM platforms, job boards, LinkedIn, and high-volume recruiting environments.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and initial screening through candidate submission, interview coordination, offer, and onboarding.
Recruit healthcare professionals for health insurance, payor, managed-care, and healthcare organization requirements.




Source candidates through ATS databases, LinkedIn, job boards, resume databases, referrals, social media, and other recruiting channels.
Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidates against job requirements.
