Senior CAE Analyst-Crash Safety

Area of Responsibility:

The CAE Engineer will be responsible for carrying out Pedestrian head and leg impact analysis and model build. He will be responsible for summarizing results and feedback conclusions to customers in an productive manner.

Job Requirements:
Creation of CAE Models [System level / BIW / Full Vehicle].
Able to model/debug Pedestrian protection models using Primer.
Able to integrate head and leg form and exterior trims into the vehicle workplace.
Able to run Ped pro analysis in LSDYNA, summarize results and feedback conclusions to customers in an productive manner.
Good knowledge of fundamental physics and impact kinematics relevant to pedestrian injury mechanisms.
Conversant with global regulatory and non-regulatory norms for crash and safety.




Able to work effectively with design teams to develop solutions within defined deadlines and time constraints.
Having experience in CAE test correlation projects add more advantage
Have an awareness of potential design constraints (packaging, manufacturing etc.) and ensure due consideration is given in developing solutions.

Essential:
Must have 6+ yearsexperience in automotive Ped Pro analysis.
Must have tools skillset- LS-DYNA, Hyperworks, Oasys Primer, D3PLOT T/HIS
Working knowledge of Teamcenter/3D Experience
Excellent communication skills, and ability to communicate at all levels.
PC Literacy: Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel, Word etc

Knowledge / Experience: 6 to 10 Years

Tools skillset- LS-DYNA, Hyperworks, Oasys Primer, D3PLOT T/HIS
