Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned
Talent Acquisition Leader
with
13+ years of experience
in
IT Consulting, Technology Services, Staffing, or Recruitment Consulting
.

The ideal candidate will have robust experience in
technology recruitment, external client/account management, and TA leadership
,



with a proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver hiring programs across diverse technology skill sets.

Key Responsibilities
Own and manage
external client relationships and strategic recruitment accounts
.
Partner with clients and hiring leaders to understand technology hiring needs and workforce plans.
Lead end-to-end recruitment for
technology and engineering roles
across multiple levels.
Build and execute sourcing strategies for niche and senior technology talent.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring and delivery goals.
Drive key recruitment metrics including
time-to-hire, quality of hire, offer acceptance, and client satisfaction
.
Conduct regular client reviews and provide recruitment insights, market intelligence, and hiring updates.
Identify opportunities to strengthen and grow existing client relationships and hiring programs.
Partner with internal leadership on recruitment strategy, capacity planning
