Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee and manage the housekeeping operations within our real estate properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene is maintained in all residential and common areas, contributing to an exceptional living experience for our tenants and visitors.

Responsibilities:
Supervision and Leadership:
Lead and manage a team of housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
Provide transparent direction and expectations to housekeeping staff to ensure consistent service quality.
Quality Assurance:
Develop and implement housekeeping standards and procedures to maintain a clean and organized setting.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure adherence to cleanliness standards and address any deficiencies promptly.
Inventory Management:
Monitor and manage housekeeping supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
Collaborate with vendors to source quality cleaning supplies within budget constraints.




Budget Oversight:
Assist in the development of the housekeeping budget and manage expenses to meet financial objectives.
Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
Communication:
Communicate effectively with property management and other relevant stakeholders to address housekeeping-related issues and concerns.
Maintain open lines of communication with tenants to address specific cleaning requests or concerns.
Training and Development:
Provide ongoing training to housekeeping staff on best practices, safety protocols, and customer service.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and career development within the housekeeping team.
Health and Safety Compliance:
