Food Preparation & Marination: Mix signature spice blends and marinate meats (chicken, lamb), paneer, and seafood using yogurt and herbs for optimal flavor and tenderness.
Baking & Grilling: Bake flatbreads like naan, roti, and kulcha, and roast kebabs or tikkas to perfection.
Quality & Consistency: Ensure uniform taste, presentation, and quick ticket times during busy service hours.
Station Maintenance: Clean the tandoor area, manage stock levels, and minimize food waste.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
