Job Responsibilities Manage complete day-to-day retail store operations. Achieve daily, monthly and yearly sales targets. Handle store staff, attendance, shifts and team performance. Manage inventory, stock replenishment, expiry, damages and shrinkage.
Ensure proper billing, cash handling and daily sales reconciliation. Maintain FIFO/FEFO and proper product display. Monitor customer service and resolve customer complaints. Ensure store cleanliness, hygiene and visual merchandising.
Monitor store expenses, margins and overall profitability. Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales and stock reports. Ensure company SOPs, safety and compliance procedures are followed. Train, motivate and improve the performance of the store team.
Candidate Requirements: Any Graduate preferred. 3–6 years of relevant retail experience. Exposure in FMCG Retail / Supermarket / Hypermarket / Textile Retail is mandatory. Robust experience in sales, inventory and team handling . Valuable communication and leadership skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel and retail billing software. Target-oriented and solid in problem-solving. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
