Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented
Business Development Executive
to drive business growth through effective B2B and B2C sales activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, acquiring customers, managing client relationships, and converting prospects into long-term business accounts.

The candidate should have robust communication and negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to independently manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and prospecting to follow-up, negotiation, and closure.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales
Manage end-to-end B2B and B2C sales activities.
Generate recent business opportunities through calling, referrals, networking, digital channels, and other lead-generation methods.
Identify prospective customers and convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate products or services.
Conduct sales discussions, presentations, negotiations,



and follow-ups.
Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential customers.
Regularly follow up with prospects to move opportunities through the sales pipeline.
Understand client needs and provide timely solutions.
Manage existing customer accounts and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Handle customer queries and coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery.

Sales Pipeline & Reporting
Maintain an updated sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.
Record all sales activities, conversations, and prospects in the CRM.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Monitor lead conversion, sales performance, and business development activities.
