Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced
Group Head – E-commerce
to lead e-commerce media planning, execution, and performance across marketplaces and quick-commerce platforms.

The ideal candidate should have robust hands-on experience in executing and optimizing advertising campaigns across
Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads, and Quick Commerce platforms
, along with the ability to develop media strategies, drive business outcomes, manage client relationships, and lead a team.

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce Media Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce media strategies aligned with client business and sales objectives.
Plan and manage campaigns across
Amazon, Flipkart, and Quick Commerce platforms
.
Translate business objectives into effective media plans, campaign structures, budgets, and KPIs.
Identify opportunities to improve visibility, consideration, conversions,



and sales on marketplace platforms.

Campaign Execution & Optimization
Hands-on execution and management of
Amazon Ads campaigns
, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and other relevant ad formats.
Plan and execute
Flipkart Ads campaigns
across relevant advertising formats.
Execute and optimize advertising campaigns across
Quick Commerce platforms
such as Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, and other relevant platforms.
Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, targeting, keywords, placements, and audiences to drive business outcomes.
Analyze campaign performance and identify prospects to improve ROAS, sales, conversions, CTR, CPC, and other relevant performance metrics.
Ensure effective budget allocation across platforms based on performance and business priorities.
