Role & responsibilities:
Drive and manage organizational compliance programs, ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
Develop, review, and update company policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with global compliance standards and best practices.
Conduct compliance risk assessments and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
Lead awareness initiatives and training sessions on compliance topics such as POSH, Anti-Bribery & Anti-Corruption (ABAC), Competition Law, Code of Conduct, Ethics, and other regulatory requirements.
Manage and support internal investigations related to compliance breaches, employee misconduct, and policy violations.
Partner with HR, Legal, and business stakeholders to strengthen the compliance culture across the organization.




Monitor regulatory developments and advise leadership on compliance implications and required actions.
Maintain compliance documentation, investigation reports, and training records.

Preferred candidate profile:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Law, Compliance, HR, or related discipline.
Robust experience in corporate compliance, ethics, policy governance, and investigations.
Sound understanding of compliance frameworks, regulatory requirements, and employee conduct-related matters.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
Experience in delivering compliance training and driving organization-wide awareness programs.
