Key Responsibilities:
Manage Engineering and Raw Material Stores across all six units.
Supervise and coordinate store personnel across locations.
Ensure proper stock records, material issue/receipt, min-max levels, and bin/rack organisation.
Conduct regular physical and system stock audits and resolve discrepancies.
Coordinate with Production to ensure timely raw material availability.
Coordinate with Maintenance for engineering spares and equipment requirements.
Work with Purchase on reorder levels, lead times, and incoming material checks.
Standardise stores processes across all units.
Prepare and report stock status, audit findings, and discrepancies to the Managing Director.

Requirements:
6–7 years of experience in Stores/Inventory Management in a manufacturing setting, OR 2–3 years as Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager.
Hands-on experience in Engineering Stores and Raw Material Stores is essential.




Experience with plastics/packaging raw materials such as granules and films is an advantage.
Robust knowledge of inventory management and ERP/stores software.
Experience in stock audits and corrective actions.
Good MS Excel and computer skills.
Strong coordination and communication skills.
Willingness to travel regularly across all six units.

Preferred:
Multi-location/multi-plant stores management experience.
Knowledge of 5S and stores standardisation.
Experience in BRCGS or similar audited manufacturing environments.
Knowledge of plastics/polymer raw material handling and storage.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
