Cynet India is hiring US IT Trainee Recruiters for our Noida office.
Location: Noida (Onsite)
Shift: 6:30 PM 3:30 AM IST (Night Shift)

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Eligibility :
Fresh graduates from a Technical background such as B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, MCA, B.Sc. (IT/Computer Science), M.Sc. (IT/Computer Science), or related disciplines.
Excellent communication skills.
Robust interest in building a career in US IT Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities :
Source and screen IT professionals for US-based client requirements.
Understand technical job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews and maintain regular candidate follow-ups.
Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified IT professionals.

Interview rounds (ALL ONSITE) : All rounds will be conducted on the same day itself.
