Job Description

airGurukul is hiring a skilled DTP Operator to design, format, and finalize high-quality academic and promotional materials. The role involves working on exam-related content such as question papers, practice sheets, books, PDFs, presentations, and marketing creatives with a solid focus on accuracy, alignment, and print-ready layouts.

Key Responsibilities
Design and format academic content including question papers, mock tests, books,



PDFs, and notes
Work on bilingual (Hindi/English) content layout with proper alignment and readability
Prepare print-ready and digital-ready files as per academic standards
Design marketing creatives such as posters, banners, flyers, and course creatives
Ensure accuracy in formatting, spacing, fonts, tables, and diagrams
Coordinate with academic, content, and marketing teams for timely delivery
Handle revisions and corrections as per feedback
Maintain organized files and version control

Required Skills
Solid command over DTP tools such as Adobe InDesign, CorelDRAW, Photoshop (mandatory)
Positive understanding of page layout, typography, and print standards
Experience in handling educational or exam-related content preferred
Ability to work on tight deadlines with accuracy
Basic knowledge of MS Word, PDF tools, and file management
Attention to detail and consistency in formattin
