We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to join our growing team in the Aluminum & uPVC Windows & Doors industry.
Note: Prior experience in Aluminium / uPVC Windows & Doors / Glass Sales will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities-
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets
- Generate new leads and build robust customer relationships
- Handle enquiries, prepare proposals, and convert leads into orders
- Develop business through dealers, architects, builders, contractors, and project clients
- Conduct client meetings and product presentations
- Manage the sales pipeline and follow up with prospective customers
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of confirmed orders
- Lead and support the sales team to achieve monthly targets
Requirements: -
- Prior experience in Aluminum / uPVC Windows & Doors Sales / Glass will be preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Good knowledge of the local market and customer network
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented
