Your role

As a Delivery Management professional at Kyndryl, you will manage delivery execution for a software-product engineering and managed-capacity engagement with a Kyndryl client. This role is responsible for delivery governance, workstream coordination, resource readiness, onboarding alignment, capacity planning support, reporting, escalation, continuity, and execution oversight across engineering, support, cloud implementation, certification, DevOps, testing, and project teams.

What you will do

- Establish and manage the delivery framework for communications, reporting, governance, escalation, change control, status tracking, and procedural coordination.
- Support capacity planning and resource alignment across engineering, customer experience, customer success, software development, cloud implementation, safety certification, technical support, and project/program workstreams.
- Coordinate onboarding, access readiness, training dependencies, knowledge transfer, transition activities, and resource continuity.
- Track delivery progress, milestones, risks, issues, dependencies, planned activities, completed activities, and recommendations through agreed reporting cadence.
- Act as a delivery escalation point for service impacts, unresolved issues, incident/problem coordination, resource readiness concerns, and delivery variances.
- Work within a customer-controlled delivery model where the customer retains ownership of backlog, prioritization, workflows, tooling,



compliance frameworks, and platform governance.

Who You Are

Required skills and experience

- 15+ years of experience.
- Experience managing software engineering, product engineering, embedded systems, DevOps, cloud/platform, certification, technical support, or complex technology delivery workstreams.
- Solid capability in delivery governance, stakeholder management, reporting, escalation, risk tracking, dependency management, and operational cadence management.
- Understanding of managed capacity, role-based delivery, resource readiness, onboarding, knowledge transfer, demand planning, and change control.
- Ability to manage distributed technical teams aligned to software/product engineering outcomes.

Preferred skills and experience

- Experience supporting embedded software, Linux platforms, cloud-edge products, DevOps toolchains, CI/CD, Kubernetes, testing, or certification-oriented workstreams.
- Experience with global delivery models, customer-governed tools/workflows, and capacity-based commercial delivery constructs.
- Familiarity with support models, product escalation flows, defect documentation, and engineering handoffs.
