Role & responsibilities

( Candidates currently working in Sri City are not preferred )

Press Shop Mechanical Maintenance

- Handle preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance of press machines.
- Troubleshoot Power Press, Mechanical Press & Hydraulic Press breakdowns.
- Maintain bearings, gears, shafts, couplings, belts, chains & lubrication systems.
- Handle hydraulic & pneumatic maintenance and troubleshooting.
- Support die setting, die alignment & machine alignment.
- Reduce machine downtime through quick troubleshooting and corrective action.
- Conduct regular machine inspection and preventive maintenance.
- Maintain breakdown reports, PM schedules and maintenance records.
- Coordinate with Production, Tool Room & Quality teams.
- Follow safety standards and maintenance SOP
