- Provide technical support to end-users for desktop-related issues, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Troubleshoot and resolve LAN connectivity issues on Windows operating systems.
- Collaborate with other teams to identify root causes of problems and implement solutions.
- Document resolutions to knowledge base for future reference.
Job Requirements :
- 0-2 years of experience in desktop support or related field.
- Solid communication skills for effective issue escalation when necessary.
- Proficiency in basic networking concepts, including LAN troubleshooting on Windows platforms.
