Roles and Responsibilities

- Plan and prepare lessons for secondary classes, ensuring effective communication of subject matter to students.

- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly.

- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning needs of students.

- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance.

- Collaborate with colleagues to develop curriculum materials and improve overall academic standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-6 years of experience as a TGT (Secondary) or equivalent role.

- Robust knowledge of Bed (Basic Education Development) principles and practices.

- Excellent teaching skills with ability to adapt instructional strategies for different age groups.

- Proficiency in Hindi language proficiency required; B.A - Bachelor of Arts degree preferred.
