Communication Designer/ Visualiser cum Graphic Designer/ Design Thinker

This role demands out-of-the-box thinking, a strong understanding of design principles, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Key Responsibilities (KRAs): • Design Thinking: Develop creative concepts that align with client briefs and brand guidelines, emphasizing problem-solving and user-centric designs. • Graphic Design: Create compelling graphics for web (social media, websites, digital ads) and print (brochures, catalogs, flyers, packaging, etc.). • Layout & Visual Hierarchy: Design layouts that effectively communicate messages and maintain visual consistency. • Web Graphics: Design engaging visuals optimized for digital platforms, understanding responsive design principles. • Print Graphics: Prepare print-ready designs with attention to color accuracy, resolution, and print specifications. • Collaboration: Work closely with the design and marketing teams to brainstorm and execute projects. • Testing & Refinement: Participate in design reviews and adapt designs based on feedback and testing. Requirements: •

Experience:



Minimum 1-2 years of skilled graphic design experience (freshers with exceptional portfolios are welcome). • Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel); familiarity with Figma or XD is a plus. •

Knowledge: Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory. • Mindset: A problem-solving approach with a keen interest in understanding user behavior and client needs. • Test Requirement: A creative test is mandatory for all candidates. Additional Details: • Observation Period: All selected candidates will undergo a 3 to 6-month observation period. •
