Role & responsibilities:

Generate current leads for MSME / Business Loans through field visits.

- Visit local shops and small businesses such as:

Grocery Stores

General Stores

Restaurants

Salons / Hair Cutting Shops

Retail Shops

Traders

Small Business Owners

- Identify potential customers and explain Business Loan products.
- Understand customer business and loan requirements.
- Collect required KYC and financial documents.
- Verify customer and business details before loan login.
- Complete the loan application and coordinate with the processing/credit team.
- Follow up with customers from login to disbursement.
- Maintain regular follow-up with leads and existing customers.
- Achieve monthly sales and disbursement targets.
- Cover the assigned market within the 25 KM branch radius.
- Maintain good customer relationships and provide proper service.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass
- Graduate candidates can also apply.
- Freshers are eligible to apply.
