- Key Responsibilities
- - Business Development & Sales
- - Drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets for IVD products within the assigned government accounts.
- Develop and execute territory-wise sales strategies to maximize business opportunities.
- Identify new business opportunities in state and central government healthcare projects.
- Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers in government institutions and healthcare facilities.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and government procurement policies.
- Tender & Institutional Business Management
- - Manage end-to-end tender processes including identification, evaluation, participation, submission, and follow-up.
- Coordinate with distributors and channel partners for tender documentation and execution.
- Ensure timely submission of technical and commercial bids.
- Track tender outcomes and drive conversion of awarded tenders into revenue.
- Maintain complete knowledge of GeM (Government e-Marketplace), e-tendering platforms, and procurement procedures.
- Account Management
- - Develop robust relationships with KOLs, laboratory heads, procurement committees, biomedical departments, and hospital administrators.




- Conduct regular customer visits for business generation and account development.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective after-sales coordination and support.
- Channel & Distributor Management
- - Appoint, manage, and support government-focused distributors in the territory.
- Monitor distributor inventory, payment collection, and execution of supply commitments.
- Conduct distributor reviews and performance evaluations.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- - Collaborate with marketing, application specialists, service, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Support product evaluations, demonstrations, installations, and customer training activities.
- Reporting & Compliance
- - Maintain accurate sales forecasts and business reports.
- Update CRM and tender tracking systems regularly.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical business practices, and regulatory requirements.
- Current CTC range : 8-12 Lac pa
- - CTC Range we can offer : 10-15 Lac pa
- - Person should be from IVD domain with experience of Government business.
- - Candidate should have science education background.
