Job Summary:
Responsible for leading interior design projects from concept development through execution, ensuring creative quality, functionality, aesthetics, timelines, and client requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop cutting-edge interior design concepts, layouts, mood boards, and design presentations.
- Prepare detailed 2D/3D drawings, working drawings, furniture layouts, and material specifications.
- Lead projects from initial concept to final execution and handover.
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, preferences, budgets, and design expectations.
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, vendors, consultants, and project teams.
- Conduct site visits and monitor execution to ensure designs are implemented accurately.




- Select appropriate materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, fixtures, and accessories.
- Review BOQs, estimates, quotations, and material costs to maintain project budgets.
- Ensure compliance with design standards, building requirements, and project specifications.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure timely completion.
- Mentor and guide junior interior designers and design teams.
- Resolve design, material, and execution-related issues during projects.
- Maintain updated knowledge of interior design trends, materials, technologies, and industry practices.
