Role & responsibilities

- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
- Manage and grow the company's LinkedIn presence.
- Develop and maintain monthly content calendars.
- Write compelling captions, social media copy, and post descriptions.
- Coordinate with designers and internal teams for content creation.
- Promote company services, case studies, blogs, events, and achievements.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Engage with followers, prospects, and industry professionals.
- Monitor social media trends and identify new growth opportunities.
- Track key performance metrics and assist in preparing monthly reports.
- Work closely with marketing and sales teams to support lead-generation activities.

Skills Required

- Strong written communication and copywriting skills.
- Knowledge of social media content creation and management.
- Understanding of skilled platforms such as LinkedIn.
- Knowledge of content planning and monthly content calendars.
- Understanding of social media engagement strategies and best practices.
- Ability to write engaging captions, posts, and promotional content.




- Good coordination skills for working with designers and cross-functional teams.
- Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance tracking.
- Ability to prepare basic social media performance reports.
- Understanding of employer branding and recruitment marketing.
- Awareness of current social media trends and growth strategies.
- Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms is an added advantage.
- Basic knowledge of Canva is an added advantage.
