Role & responsibilities

Handle end-to-end production merchandising: PP Sample, Size Set, Sealer Sample approvals through bulk Production, finishing, and packing

Coordinate with buyers on approvals, timelines, and order status

Track order execution against production schedules; flag and resolve delays

Work with costing, sourcing, and planning teams to keep orders on time and within cost

Coordinate with in-house and job-work (outsourced) production units

Manage buyer documentation, shipment schedules, and TNA (time and action) calendars

Preferred candidate profile

7-12 years in Hardgoods export merchandising, with solid exposure to production-side coordination

Solid understanding of the production cycle: sampling, bulk production, quality, and dispatch

Experience handling buyer costing and order tracking

Strong coordination and follow-up skills across cutting, stitching, finishing teams
