About the Role We are looking for a energetic and confident Field Sales Representative to join our team at Billson India. You don't need to be an engineer or a hardcore techiewhat you do need is the gift of the gab, unshakable confidence, and the hunger to drive sales. We will provide full training on our hardware and software products; your job is to take that knowledge to the streets, pitch to clients, and close deals.
Role & Responsibilities
- Market Scouting: Actively hunt and fetch potential customers from the market, keeping a sharp eye out for new business openings and upcoming market opportunities.
- Product Pitching: Deliver confident, compelling, and effective sales pitches to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value of our hardware and software solutions.
- Sales Growth: Take ownership of your territory to consistently meet and exceed sales targets, driving tangible revenue growth for the company.
- Market Intelligence: Gather all kinds of on-the-ground inputs, customer feedback, and competitor activities, reporting back to the team to help refine our sales strategies.
- Continuous Learning:
Participate in company training sessions to build a strong, working understanding of our tech products so you can explain them simply and effectively to clients.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Communication Skills: Exceptional fluency in both Hindi and English. You must be able to converse comfortably and persuasively in both languages.
- Personality: High energy, extremely confident, and naturally outgoing. You should be someone who loves interacting with new people daily and doesn't get intimidated by objections.
- Quick Learner: No prior technical or engineering background is required, but you must have the aptitude to learn and understand new hardware and software products quickly once trained.
- Experience: Prior experience in field sales, direct marketing, or B2B/B2C pitching is highly preferred but not mandatory for a candidate with the right hustle.
- Drive: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to spend the majority of the workday in the field meeting clients.
