W Energy Software is a SaaS organization delivering innovative software solutions to the energy industry. We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to strategically build, strengthen, and scale our L&D; function.
Role Overview
We are looking for a senior, strategic and hands-on L&D; professional who can take ownership of our learning ecosystem and drive it end to end.
The ideal candidate should be able to deeply understand our business, roles and skill requirements; identify learning gaps; create structured learning programs and career-based learning paths; and use AI, automation and up-to-date learning technologies to make learning more effective, engaging and scalable.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute the overall L&D; strategy, framework and roadmap aligned with business priorities.
- Conduct learning needs and skill-gap analysis and translate findings into actionable learning programs.
- Build structured learning paths for technical teams, individual contributors, managers and leaders.
- Design and manage onboarding, technical, functional, leadership and professional-development programs.
- Own and optimize the LMS, including learning journeys, course catalogs, assignments, completion tracking and engagement.




- Partner with internal SMEs and external providers to create and curate high-quality learning content.
- Use AI and agent-based tools for content creation, personalized learning, assessments, knowledge management, learning recommendations, analytics and workflow automation.
- Establish L&D; processes, governance, KPIs and dashboards to measure learning effectiveness and business impact.
- Partner with HR, Engineering, Product, managers and leadership to continuously improve organizational capability.

What Were Looking For

- 5–8+ years of relevant L&D; / Talent Development experience, preferably within SaaS or technology.
- Demonstrated experience building or significantly scaling an L&D; function or learning framework.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with the ability to execute independently.
- Hands-on experience with LMS/LXP platforms; ClearCompany LMS experience is a strong plus.
- Strong practical experience using AI tools such as Claude and other generative AI/agent-based solutions within learning workflows.
- Experience designing technical and role-based learning programs.
- Strong stakeholder management, project management, analytics and communication skills.
