We're looking for a TA Intern to support our hiring and people operations. You'll work across recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR data - a strong start for a career in talent acquisition or HR.
Key Responsibilities
Support tech and non-tech hiring - sourcing, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
Maintain accurate employee and hiring records; track and report HR metrics.
Support and coordinate other HR-related responsibilities - onboarding, internal communication, employee engagement, and overall coordination with the HR team and founders.
What We're Looking For
Understanding of core HR and TA concepts (recruitment funnel, onboarding, engagement).
Familiarity with the tech hiring landscape - common roles, skills, and stacks.
Strong with data - comfortable in Excel/Google Sheets.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
