We’re looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager to join the Defence Garden team and lead our real estate sales operations.
Role: Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the sales team
Handle property enquiries, site visits and client meetings
Convert qualified leads into bookings
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets
Follow up and negotiate with prospective buyers
Monitor team performance, lead pipeline and conversions
Build robust relationships with customers and channel partners
Coordinate with management on pricing, offers and sales campaigns
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Leadership and team-management ability
Target-oriented and disciplined approach
Good understanding of the local real estate market
Experience in real estate/property sales preferred
Ability to manage the complete sales cycle — Lead → Site Visit → Negotiation → Booking
