Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Tech Lead with 8+ years of experience to join our energetic team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying Salesforce solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, administrators, and other developers to build scalable applications and enhance our Salesforce ecosystem.
Required Skills & Qualifications
8+ years of experience in Salesforce development.
Robust expertise in Apex, LWC, Aura Components, Visualforce, SOQL, and SOSL.
Experience in Salesforce administration, configuration, and customization.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
Knowledge of asynchronous Apex (Batch, Queueable, Future methods, Scheduled jobs).
Understanding of Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and permission sets.
Experience with CI/CD tools like Git, Bitbucket, Copado, or Salesforce DevOps Center.
Salesforce certifications (PD1, PD2, or App Builder) are an advantage.
Solid problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.




Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience in Salesforce Einstein, AI capabilities, or AppExchange development.
Architect level certification (sharing visibility architect, etc.)
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
Exposure to third-party integrations like MuleSoft, Marketing Cloud, or other external platforms.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and deploy customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Triggers, and Flows.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using Rest/soap APIs.
Collaborate with business teams to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical solutions and ability to demonstrate skills during client interviews/interactions.
Optimize existing Salesforce configurations, workflows, and automation processes for efficiency and scalability.
