Qualifications:
Graduate, MBA preferred
Deliver CASA, TD, loan and TPP targets with balanced growth and profitability
Drive service excellence, ensure quick grievance closure, and promote digital adoption
Maintain operational hygiene: cash/vault control, EOD, documentation and record keeping
Achieve robust audit ratings; close observations within timelines; zero tolerance for breaches
Plan manpower, coach and review staff; run performance and succession routines
Monitor PL levers (yields, fees, cost-to-income) and execute corrective actions.
