SRJ Construction is looking for a motivated Government Tendering & Procurement Intern to assist our team in identifying and participating in government tenders through GeM, IREPS and other e-procurement portals.
This internship is ideal for B.Com, BBA, MBA (Operations/Procurement/Supply Chain) students or graduates who want practical experience in government procurement, tendering, bidding and commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Search and identify relevant government tenders on GeM, IREPS and other e-tender portals
Monitor recent tenders, deadlines, corrigendums and bid updates
Study tender documents and prepare basic eligibility summaries
Check requirements related to turnover, experience, GST, EMD, documents and technical eligibility
Assist in preparing and organizing tender/bid documents
Assist with online bid submission and tender-related documentation
Maintain a database of shortlisted and submitted tenders
Track tender status, technical qualification, financial bids and results
Assist in preparing BOQ, quotations and commercial information
Coordinate internally to collect required documents for tender submission
Maintain proper records of submitted bids and significant deadlines
Research government procurement opportunities relevant to construction and civil works
