We are looking for an Architect Relationship Manager responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with architects, interior designers, and consultants. The role involves promoting company products, generating project leads, and ensuring brand presence within the architect and design community.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain robust relationships with architects, interior designers, and consultants.
Promote company products and solutions to architects for project specifications.
Identify upcoming projects and generate leads through architect networks.
Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and site visits.
Coordinate with sales and project teams to convert specifications into business.
Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and architect meets.
Maintain a database of architects and track project prospects.
Required Skills

Knowledge of construction materials / interior products / building solutions.
Positive communication and presentation skills.
Ability to handle multiple architect accounts and projects.
Qualification
Bachelors degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Business / Marketing.
9+ years of experience in architect sales / project sales / specification sales.
Preferred Experience
Experience in tiles, sanitaryware, paints, lighting, furniture, building materials, or interior products industry.
