As a Sr. Product Analyst in LRCO, you will analyze and reengineer the organizations products to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance in business processes. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including senior management, operations department heads, and cross-functional product and operational teams, to identify areas for operational improvement and develop strategies to streamline operations.

You will attend and actively participate in scrum meetings and remain engaged in scrum development and will partner with scrum teams and stakeholder to define and present strategy for features, write epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Supports team and demonstrates foundational product and customer knowledge of area product feature and ability to help the team drive allocation of highest value requirements for delivery
Ensures business and user needs are articulated as clearly as possible.
Assists in the creation of detailed user stories for the agile development lifecycle.
Acts as a subject matter expert in the features they support
Works closely with PO/APO to understand project scope and priorities
Partners with team members to document and groom product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria in an agile development workplace
