Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
Lead requirement workshops, discovery sessions, and process mapping exercises.
Translate business requirements into detailed Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
Work closely with Solution Architects, Developers, QA teams, and Product Owners throughout the project lifecycle.
Analyze current business processes and recommend Salesforce-based improvements and best practices.
Participate in solution design discussions and ensure alignment with Salesforce capabilities.
Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, UAT, release management, and production deployments.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams across global delivery locations.
Prepare business process documentation, training materials,



and end-user guides.
Act as the primary liaison between business users and technical teams.

Required Experience
6–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst with Salesforce implementations.
Solid experience working on Salesforce B2C Commerce (SFCC) projects.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud implementations.
Good understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including customer journeys, segmentation, email campaigns, and automation.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Solid understanding of eCommerce business processes including:
Product Catalog
Pricing & Promotions
Shopping Cart
Checkout
Order Management
Customer Accounts
Loyalty Programs
Experience writing:
User Stories
BRDs
FRDs
Use Cases
Process Flows
Acceptance Criteria
Experience supporting UAT, defect management, and release planning.
Strong stakeholder
