About the Role

Kidzee at Manyata Tech Park is looking for a responsible, energetic and well-organised Preschool Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day functioning of the centre.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily preschool and daycare activities
Support and coordinate teachers and support staff
Communicate professionally with parents
Handle admission enquiries and follow-ups
Maintain student records and centre documentation
Monitor classroom activities
Assist with school events and activities
Support parent meetings and communication
Ensure cleanliness, safety and discipline at the centre
Assist management with daily administrative work

Requirements




Graduate preferred
1–3 years of experience in preschool/school coordination preferred
Valuable English communication skills
Friendly and confident personality
Positive organisational and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge
Comfortable interacting with parents, teachers and children
Candidates with preschool/daycare experience will be preferred
