Key Responsibilities
Manage contractors and labour at the site, assign daily work, monitor attendance and productivity, and ensure timely completion of assigned work.
Supervise wall and panel installation and ensure that work is carried out as per required quality, measurements, and specifications.
Conduct daily site visits, monitor project progress, identify site issues, and provide regular status updates to management.
Maintain daily MIS reports covering manpower, work progress, material requirements, pending work, and other site activities.
Maintain records of daily miscellaneous cash expenses, bills, and site-related transactions and submit the details to management.
Coordinate material transportation from the factory to the client site, including loading, unloading, storage, and timely availability of materials.
Manage and coordinate JCB, crane, hydra, and other machinery required at the site, including scheduling and coordination with operators and vendors.




Coordinate with clients, contractors, labour, transporters, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of site work.
Identify delays or site-related issues and immediately communicate them to management for necessary action.

Required Skills
Positive site supervision and labour management skills with robust communication and coordination abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets for maintaining MIS and expense records.
Ability to manage multiple site activities and work according to project timelines.
Candidates with experience in construction, prefabricated wall/panel installation, site supervision, labour management, or project execution will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
