Key Responsibilities
Design, configure, develop, deploy, and support SAP S/4HANA Service solutions.
Deliver user stories as per sprint plans and Agile project methodology.
Provide L3/third-level production support and resolve complex service-related issues.
Design and implement end-to-end Service Order Management, Service Contract Management, In-House Repair, and Field Service processes.
Integrate S/4HANA Service with SAP Sales/SD to enable seamless service-to-sales processes.
Design processes supporting Service-to-Cash and Order-to-Cash scenarios.
Design and support integrations between SAP and external marketing/customer platforms.
Work with SAP Integration Suite / CPI for SAP and non-SAP integrations.
Configure and deploy relevant SAP Fiori applications for service users.
Support migration of service master and transactional data including service contracts, equipment, and service orders.
Participate in requirements gathering, solution design, blueprinting, configuration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
Follow SAP Activate methodology and Agile practices.




Analyze complex cross-functional requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions.
Collaborate with business, technical, integration, and architecture teams.
Prepare technical/functional documentation and communicate solutions effectively to stakeholders.
