About the Role:

As a Business Development Executive, youll be at the front line of growth generating leads, opening doors, and building the early relationships that turn into long-term business. Youll work closely with the Sales Client Servicing Manager to convert prospects into confirmed projects, while learning the ropes of client management and strategic selling. If youre driven by targets and enjoy the thrill of the chase, this role will sharpen your sales instincts quick.





Key Responsibilities
Generate leads through research, networking, referrals, and cold outreach across corporate, automotive, manufacturing, MICE, and other sectors.
Make regular calls to prospective and existing clients to pitch offerings, build relationships, and drive repeat business.
Schedule and support client meetings, pitches, and proposal discussions, customizing solutions based on client needs.
Coordinate with Production and Creative teams on feasibility, budgets, and timelines, and brief internal teams based on client requirements.
Track project timelines, approvals, and deliverables, ensuring transparent client communication throughout.
Own monthly and quarterly lead generation and revenue targets, maintaining a robust pipeline with regular reporting.

Required Skills Traits
Positive communication and presentation skills.
Comfortable and confident making high volumes of outbound calls.
