Key Responsibilities
Work on end-to-end Supply Chain Planning processes.
Support and implement solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse and SAP APO/PPDS.
Understand business requirements and translate them into functional solutions and user stories.
Work closely with business users, supply chain teams, and stakeholders.
Configure and support planning processes related to Demand Planning, Supply Planning, SOP, and Production Planning.
Perform UAT, functional testing, and integration testing.
Analyze and resolve functional issues in planning systems.
Prepare functional specifications, process documentation, test cases, and user guides.
Conduct user training and support business users during implementation and deployment.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and requirement discussions.
Work with technical teams to ensure successful implementation of functional requirements.
Support continuous improvement and optimization of supply chain planning processes.

Mandatory Skills
Kinaxis RapidResponse - minimum 1 year hands-on experience.




Robust functional experience in SAP APO.
Solid functional experience in SAP PP/DS.
Demand Planning and Supply Planning.
SOP - Sales Operations Planning.
Production Planning.
Understanding of MRP, BOM, and Routing.
Strong understanding of Supply Chain Planning concepts and processes.
Experience working as a Functional Consultant, not a pure technical/development profile.
Experience gathering business requirements and converting them into user stories/functional requirements.
Experience with UAT and Integration Testing.
Experience working directly with business users and stakeholders.
