About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Manager Workforce Strategy & Deployment to drive manpower deployment across first-mile, middle-mile and last-mile operations

Key Responsibilities:
Lead manpower planning and deployment based on volume trends and forecasts.
Monitor staffing sufficiency, productivity and absenteeism across the network.
Manage manpower vendors and track supply, SLA adherence and performance.
Drive implementation of rate cards, incentive programs and productivity initiatives.
Analyse manpower costs, billing and vendor performance.
Develop and manage dashboards for staffing, productivity, cost and vendor performance.
Ensure compliance, governance and standardisation of workforce deployment.
Partner with Operations, Finance, HR, Legal and Safety teams for effective workforce management.





What Were Looking For:
10 to 14 years of experience in manpower deployment, workforce planning, operations planning, vendor management or contract staffing.
Experience in logistics, express, e-commerce, distribution or other labour-intensive industries.
Solid knowledge of outsourced staffing models, including fixed, per-piece and gig workforce.
Solid analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/BI tools and operational dashboards.
Exposure to rate cards, cost modelling, vendor billing and productivity measurement.
Robust stakeholder management and execution skills.
